the Crit is a critical studies journal published by the University of Idaho
College of Law. With this journal, we hope to give voice to the many critical
movements that have spoken up within the context of the law. This journal
will provide a singular and comparative forum for commentary covering diverse
subject areas and arising out of diverse media.
the Crit is accepting textual, narrative, and multi-media contributions
from all disciplines. Submissions should have some nexus with the law, the law
being defined in its broadest sense. The law is much more than statues and cases;
it is any official action or inaction justified, at some point, by a claim of
legitimate authority.
